Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the diamond jewelry items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry, original certificates, and documentation into the original Mikado Diamonds presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the prepaid, insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, we will process your full refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
